Procurement360 offers modular design to meet the needs of all acquisition phases and stakeholders across the organization. It is made up of four modules: Plan360, Procure360, Manage360, and Closeout360. It represents the next generation of information gathering and knowledge management solutions. Procurement 360 is built upon the integrated Microsoft ® Dynamics XRM / SharePoint and Outlook platform -- and designed specifically by a team of government acquisition experts -- to meet the needs of government acquisition organizations.

Procurement360 Modules

Plan360

Federal acquisition planning is the cornerstone of an efficient and well executed procurement process. Developing a good acquisition plan requires monitoring and tracking critical information, and includes the coordination of many moving parts. Plan360 allows stakeholders to coordinate the various components of acquisition planning through automation. Plan360 assists in requirements management to ensure the needs and expectations of the customer are met. Using Plan360’s PALT Assignment, Calculation & Task Management feature allows the acquisition process to be closely managed and controlled to reduce costs and lead time. Using the Requirements Analysis Dashboard, Plan360 provides advance notification to PMO and Procurement Staff of requirement timing and funding needs well in advance of need dates, ensuring the funding and resources are in place when needed. Plan360 also tracks funding to its original source(s), when funding issues occur. Knowing who is responsible is critical to ensuring immediate action is taken to resolve the issue. Plan360’s collaboration feature facilitates coordination among stakeholders involved in the acquisition planning process. This feature allows timely and accurate communications via multiple applications (email, spreadsheets, documents, etc.), document control and a single repository for all acquisition related artifacts.

Procure360

Procure360 improves efficiency and facilitates collaboration in the federal procurement process. Enabling program managers, contracting professionals, and all stakeholders to improve communication, eliminate the delays often associated with sharing incomplete or inaccurate information, and increase visibility throughout the process. Built on a Microsoft platform, Procure360 provides federal contracting professionals with the tools needed to effectively support the acquisition process from pre-solicitation through the award phase. In addition, users appreciate the familiar and intuitive Microsoft user interface, thus minimizing the cost and need for days of training. Procure360 maintains a complete historical package of each records related artifacts through integrated document control via SharePoint and Outlook Activities (email, tasks, appointments) management ensuring that all information is available when needed for easy access and viewing. Procurement360 provides contracting professionals with contractor team and contractor team member performance management tools that supports NAICS code-based visibility into past performance across the organization. Procure360 also provides submission assessment tools that allow for the development of tailored evaluation strategies provide complete visibility into evaluation results.

Manage360

Contract management begins after the contract has been awarded, and includes a variety of activities from modifications of delivery orders to in-voice review, approval, and final payment. Manage360 is a comprehensive tool designed to improve contract management and ensure responsiveness to customers and best value to taxpayers. Manage360 improves contract management by offering collaboration tools to government personnel who are designated to administer the contract, and provides them with a 360 view of all related acquisition artifacts to help them achieve a clear and mutual understanding of the contract requirements. Manage360 maintains a complete historical package of each records related artifacts through integrated document control via SharePoint and Outlook Activities (email, tasks, appointments) management ensuring that all information is available when needed for easy access and viewing. Managers appreciate the real-time dashboard reporting and data analysis needed to needed to stay apprised of workflow issues, and retrieve accurate and timely data. Interactive displays of acquisitions provide views of costs and schedule status, and drills down to task assignments and due dates.

Closeout360

Closeout360 facilitates collaboration and coordination between the contracting office, finance office, program office, auditing office and the contractor to assist timely contract closeout. All acquisition artifacts related to the contract are easily accessed from a single electronic record, providing a complete history of the contract, saving time and effort in searching for documents that may no longer exist locally, or are tucked away in a file drawer. Automated workflow and Turbo Tax-like process enablement greatly streamlines the closeout processing that can be tailored to each organizations uniques requirements. Closeout360 tracks excess funds for deobligation, and provides cost adjustment support. Property inventory issues concerning disposition of Government Furnished Equipment/Material/Information are managed by Closeout 360. Closeout360 increases efficiency and minimizes duplication of effort and missed steps in the contract closeout process.
